Emergency Information

The Forest Park School District maintains emergency procedures for a variety of situations, and conducts practice drills for these procedures throughout the year.  

In the event of an emergency, please tune in to WIKB FM for instructions.  Please do not contact the school or attempt to contact your child, as this will interrupt phone lines and cell services that are needed for emergency personnel.

As we are approaching that time of year when weather is unpredictable, please tune in the WIKB 99.1 FM or WLUC-TV 6 for information concerning any school delays or cancellations due to inclement weather.  Notices will be called to the radio station by 6:00 a.m. It is also very important to instruct your children as to what they should do if school must be dismissed earlier than our normal school hours.  DO NOT ASK THEM TO CALL, it is impossible to handle all the requests.
